3.2 Account Security

Keeping your account login details confidential is entirely your responsibility. Never share your password with anyone else. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately. 999gk will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party access.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

In the interest of safety and security, 999gk may request documents to verify your identity at any time, such as a copy of your national ID card, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until this process is completed.

4.1 Minimum Deposit Amount

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment account used to make the deposit.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will give a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500. For deposits of ৳14,000 or more, the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 will apply.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times, applied only to the bonus amount (not to the deposit plus bonus combined). For example, a ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered in total before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another person's account.
• If misuse of any bonus is proven, that bonus and related winnings may be cancelled.
• 999gk reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• The time limit for meeting wagering requirements will be stated in each bonus's terms.

6.1 Fair Play

6.3 Betting Limits

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical failure.
• Loss resulting from sharing your account details with another person.
• Server outages from third-party software providers.

However, if 999gk directly causes loss through its own negligence, liability will be accepted for that specific loss — but in no case will that liability exceed the total value of the transaction in question.
